Booking

Appointments must be booked in advance by Emailing or DMing us. A valid debit card is required to secure your booking. A confirmation email with all appointment details will be sent once your booking is secured.

New appointments are released on the 20th of each month.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

We kindly request that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, this needs to be done at least 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule your appointment up to two times. After the second reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

If you have any other questions or issues with your booking, please email us we’ll get back to you within 1–2 working days.

Late Arrival 

We understand things can happen, but please be aware that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. This is to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients.

No Plus-Ones 

To ensure a calm and peaceful environment and due to the nature of our treatments, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Bringing guests (including friends, family, or children) may result in the cancellation of your treatment.

Payment

Remaining payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Deposits are non-refundable. 

Skin Assessment

You will receive a medical form and pre-care leaflet prior to your appointment, which must be completed before your consultation. During your appointment, your skin will be assessed to ensure it’s suitable for the treatment. If any concerns arise, the treatment may be postponed or adjusted for your safety. 

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information shared with us is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of your appointment.
